Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy describes how to cancel a Visora subscription and when refunds may be available for purchases on visorame.com. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. How to cancel your subscription

Cancel at visorame.com/account using the email from checkout. After you submit cancellation in the Stripe portal, renewal stops; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

You may also email hi@visorame.com at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends. We will confirm how to stop future charges. More detail is in the Billing Terms.

2. When you may receive a refund

If you canceled under Section 1 but were still charged due to a technical error, or you paid and never received access to the purchased digital content, you may request a refund that meets all of the following:

• a) You purchased directly on our website;
• b) You contacted us at hi@visorame.com within 14 days after the relevant charge and before the end of that subscription period; and
• c) Your email includes: checkout email; payment method; payment date; receipt or confirmation; and a brief justification.

Please note: Meeting these requirements allows a refund for the last affected cycle under this Policy. This Policy does not cover personal reasons (for example, you dislike the reading) or financial surprise (you did not expect the trial to convert or the plan to renew), except where required by law.

This Policy does not apply to App Store / Google Play purchases processed solely by those stores, or to ordinary subscription renewals that you failed to cancel on time.

We will email whether your request is approved. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 30 days.

Important statement

If you do not meet the conditions above, fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless stated here or required by applicable law. We may grant goodwill refunds case-by-case at our sole discretion.

Note for EU / EEA / Switzerland residents

You may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. That right does not apply if performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal. By purchasing and receiving immediate delivery of digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of that right, except for defective content or as otherwise required by law. If you validly withdraw during the period where a proportionate refund applies, we will refund accordingly.

YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOU LOSE YOUR WITHDRAWAL RIGHT ONCE PURCHASE IS VALIDATED AND DIGITAL ACCESS IS DELIVERED.

Note for certain US states

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel before midnight of the third business day after purchase where such cooling-off rules apply, we will return the applicable payment as required by law.
