These Billing Terms explain how Visora charges for subscriptions and one-time access on visorame.com. They form part of our Terms of Use.
Current prices appear on the paywall before you confirm payment. We offer auto-renewing introductory plans and related premium access. Prices may exclude bank fees and local taxes.
Typical introductory options (subject to the screen you see at checkout):
We may change prices. If a change affects your active renewal, we will email you before it takes effect when required. Cancel before that date if you do not agree.
We may offer a free or low-cost intro (for example $1 for several days), including promotional pricing shown as a limited-time discount off a list price. That promotional discount applies only to the introductory access charge — not to later renewals. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the intro ends, you will be charged the recurring price shown on the payment screen for your chosen plan. If no intro is stated on that screen, you purchase the stated plan without an intro discount.
Card payments are processed by Stripe (and any reseller or processor we designate). We are not liable for third-party processing errors; review Stripe’s terms as well.
You authorize Visora (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide at purchase and for renewals until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Uninstalling or leaving the site does not cancel billing.
To cancel: open My Account with your checkout email and use the Stripe customer portal, or email hi@visorame.com at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After canceling, access continues until the paid period ends; it will not renew.
Refunds follow the Money-Back Policy.
If a renewal fails, we may retry and temporarily pause premium access until payment succeeds. Update your card in My Account to restore access.
